Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use GovernOS to:

• Break the law — including securities, anti-money-laundering, sanctions, anti-bribery, tax, data-protection or company-registry rules in any jurisdiction;
• Impersonate any person or company, or misrepresent your authority to act for an entity on the platform;
• Submit data you are not entitled to process (e.g. directors’ personal data without a lawful basis);
• Attempt to access another tenant’s data, probe security boundaries, or interfere with the integrity of the Service;
• Scrape, mirror or resell the Service or its outputs without our written permission;
• Use the Service to generate or distribute content that infringes intellectual property, is defamatory, obscene, harassing or otherwise unlawful;
• Use the Service to send unsolicited communications (spam);
• Use AI features to generate content represented as the work of any third party without their authorisation.

Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy, and may cooperate with law enforcement where required.
